Findability Sciences looks to ramp up presence in India, invest in statistics and programming talent

Enterprise AI company Findability Sciences, is looking to double its current India headcount of 130-odd employees by the end of this year. The Boston-headquartered company has an AI development centre in Aurangabad, as well as a centre in Mumbai.
“Our hiring is driven by the uptick in AI services and solutions that we’re seeing an explosion of. Practically every organisation is looking for AI-led digital transformation, and we see India continuing to be the hub,” Anand Mahurkar , founder and CEO, Findability Sciences, told ET.
India offers robust skill sets in the statistics and computer programming domain, a focus point for the company’s hiring, Mahurkar said during a recent visit to India.
“We will also be hiring domain experts so that we can deploy AI in retail or AI in manufacturing or AI in insurance,” he said.
