Role

‍

‍Define Master Data Architecture: Lead the design and maintenance of the Master Data architecture, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and alignment with industry best practices. Utilize advanced data modeling techniques to effectively model enterprise data domains such as Product, Customer, and Finance.

‍

Develop MDM Capabilities and Tool Evaluation: The MDM solution approach and style, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Gather and document Functional and Non-Functional Requirements to guide the MDM solution architecture. Participate in MDM tool selection activities, analyze available internal and external options, and provide recommendations on Build vs. Buy approach.

‍Implement MDM Solution:

1. Lay down the path of Installation & Upgrade

2. Create Data Mapping and assess impacts from business and technical perspectives

3. Develop macro and micro-Design deliverables

4. Analyze and define detailed MDM processes, tasks, data flows, and dependencies

5. Design overall HA Infrastructure and support the build of the environments

6. Define and build MDM as a service in a micro-service pub/sub environment

7. Define & build Matching Engine tuning and development practices

8. Hand-on Experience of MDM implementation

‍Enforce Integrity through Data Governance and Data Quality:

‍Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure that MDM solutions adhere to established data governance policies, standards, and procedures.Design and implement data quality checks and validation rules within the MDM solution to maintain high-quality Master Data. Develop strategies for data cleansing and enrichment to improve the accuracy and completeness of Master Data.

‍Skills:

‍

1. Knowledge of Containers and Container Management Systems like OpenShift or Kubernetes

‍

2. IBM RSA tool, Kafka, Spring boot, OpenShift, GitHub, JIRA working experience designing and developing IBM Master Data Management applications

‍

3. Exceptional communication as its Client Facing role Sound debugging skills to resolve critical issues preferred experience working with MDM 11.4 and IBM Stewardship Center

‍

4. Sound experience in db2 / Oracle Database as well as WAS concepts Sound understanding of master data management concepts

‍

5. Sound understanding of data modeling, data quality and data profiling

‍

6. Required knowledge and prior experience working with IBM Business Process Management (BPM) tool

‍

7. Required minimum of 3 years professional experience using Java-based development languages or tools

‍

8. Strong work experience in Relational Databases and Good understanding of Database Concepts

‍

9. Experience with architecture, design and development of data integration solutions

‍

10. Self-starter, ability to manage own time and priorities, and guide/mentor/lead others

‍

11. Good communication skills, positive attitude, team player as well as individual contributor

‍

12. Expertise in Banking, Insurance and financial service
